Job Description: Executive Assistant (Not-for-Profit Organization)
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO of our not-for-profit organization. This role requires exceptional PowerPoint skills, strong administrative abilities, excellent time management, effective written and oral communication, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment and possess the flexibility to support other team members. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will play a vital role in assisting with event organization, fundraising activities, training initiatives, and public speaking events.

Program Manager
The Program Manager supports the Senior Operations Manager in managing the organization’s arts based programming. The successful applicant will have a track record of managing multiple stakeholders across an organization to drive efficiencies, program delivery excellence, and improvements. This is a key-role and will require a detail-oriented and tactical individual capable of engaging stakeholders, recruiting artists and speakers, as well as supporting arts-based entrepreneurial program planning, development, and communication activities, as needed.

Operations Manager
The Senior Operations Manager will managing the organization’s arts based programming. The successful applicant will have a track record of managing multiple stakeholders across an organization to drive efficiencies, program delivery excellence, and improvements. This is a key-role and will require a detail-oriented and tactical individual capable of engaging stakeholders, recruiting artists and speakers, as well as supporting arts-based entrepreneurial program planning, development, and communication activities, as needed.
This role comes with health and dental benefits. The hybrid nature of this role allows for the flexibility of work from home time and time to work out of the office as well.

Marketing Communications Manager
The Marketing Manager is responsible for effectively presenting and communicating our client’s products, services, and character to our diverse stakeholder groups in ways that are consistent with the organization’s mission and unique character. This role will have oversight and handle decision-making for the company’s strategic marketing planning, the development and distribution of marketing assets, along with traditional and online advertising, optimizing the company website, and management of the social media accounts, by applying individual expertise and in collaboration with external providers.
